Who we are

An adjunct of the Arizona Artists Guild in Phoenix, Arizona, the Sculptors' Group consists of professional and amateur sculptors working across media. The group meets on the first Tuesday of the month excepting June, July and August at 7pm. Meetings are held at the Arizona Artists Guild building located at 18411 N 7th avenue in Phoenix.

Upcoming local art festivals

Here are two notices of upcoming local festivals that showed up on ZAPP this morning. Applications are due this month.

Sedona Arts Festival 2011 - Sedona, Arizona

Now in its 21st year, the Sedona Arts Festival is a favorite in the Southwest. It has become a premiere, destination arts festival, known for the quality of art and first class treatment of both its artists and its guests. With Sedona’s spectacular red rocks as a backdrop and glorious fall weather to compliment the event, the festival attracts more than 5000 seasonal and year round residents and tourists. The festival showcases 150 fine artists from around the country, as well as a Gourmet Gallery which features locally produced and packaged food items. KidZone offers art activities for children. Raffle prizes and a variety of food and beverages are available as well. Admission fee: $10 at the gate, $8 online in advance. We cater to our visiting artists, providing load/unload assistance, refreshments, and premium restroom facilities exclusive for artists. Arizona Fine Art EXPO - 8th Annual - North Scottsdale, Arizona

Thunderbird Artists proudly presents the 8th Annual Arizona Fine Art EXPO. This 10 week event nestled in the most affluent, upscale area of North Scottsdale is only 5 miles south of Carefree and 5 miles north of Loop 101. Patrons love watching artists work in studios, can purchase artwork, enjoy the cafĂ©, artists’ marketplace, 2-acre sculpture garden, attending garden parties and other special events.
